Two bi-weekly calls per month, working sessions built around your priorities. We come prepared, we dig in, and we leave every call with clear decisions and clear direction.
Three monthly strategy briefs
A written document delivered at the end of each month capturing the decisions made, the direction set, and your priorities for the month ahead. Your reference point between sessions and your record of everything we've built together.
Async email support
Direct access between calls with a 48-hour response window. For the questions that come up between sessions, the decisions that need a second opinion, and the moments when you just need someone who knows your business to think it through with you.
Who AM I?
I didn't just study business. I lived it.
I spent years at Amazon and in director-level roles working alongside Fortune 500 brands on digital and ecommerce strategy. Then I built my own businesses across digital products, ecommerce, Amazon, dropshipping, and brick and mortar. I've been in the corporate boardroom and I've been the person bootstrapping something from nothing.
Both shaped everything I bring to this work.

I take on a small number of consulting clients at a time to make sure every engagement gets the full attention it deserves. Spots are limited and every application is reviewed personally.
